ARTISSIMA 2010 AND ART BASEL MIAMI BEACH 2010

News Report is a new event-lecture format launching this Autumn. The first part of the lecture will be an illustrated report from a specific cultural event or happening, and the second will provide an overview of the press coverage of the event.
In early October Aleksandra Roudyk shared her first-hand accounts of the Venice Architecture Biennale 2010. In November she visited one of the most dynamically developing contemporary art fairs in the world, Turin’s ARTISSIMA, and once again she will explore how our Russian delegates performed in Turin, styles of art which are popular in Italy, and what role the national taste plays in forming the market trends.
Complementing this, Andrei Parshikov and Valentin Dyakonov will share the impressions they gained from the famous Art Basel Miami Beach, discussing the new heroes of contemporary art and the changing tastes of American collectors.
