Modern communication technologies now allow people to interact in the ways that seemed previously impossible. The virtual interface allows the potential of artistic networking, and therefore enables phenomenon’s such as Flashmobing. Flashmob participants soon recognized that the internet was no longer just a virtual reality, but a powerful communication tool that can modify the physical world around us.
